There were some great suggestions in the article that I find beneficial as a graduate speech-language pathology student. Your first suggestion of making a phone call with the intent of stuttering is a great way to confront your fears as well as gain control over the situation. It was also a great idea to used “outlandish challenges using voluntary stuttering.” I specifically liked how your activities were functional and not limited to a therapy room. In addition, being “loud and proud” about having a stutter seems to be a great way to take away the negative connotations associated with stuttering. Great article, very insightful!
