Ari, Thank you as always for your kind words. I think what you describe is one of the most difficult places to be in: you know how to stay in the moment, and sometimes you are able to ease through it and move forward and sometimes you tense, and stutter in a "harder" way. I definitely went through that (and continue to go through that). I think it is more of a continuum, that at first most of the stuttering is hard and then you can move to a place where it is unusual to have those harder moments of stuttering. Try to talk with as many other PWS as you possibly can, and seek out situations to challenge yourself. I also found that if I went into a situation planning on disclosing and using voluntary stuttering, that my stuttering would be very mild... funny how that works out, isn't it. ;-)
