First let me correct you about Vilko Mazi. It's an association of people who stutter and it's not an organization. As I know current availability for professional help for someone seeking speech therapy is good. You can get professional help in Center for correction of speech and hearing Portorož, Hearing and speech center Maribor and Institute for the hearing impaired Ljubljana with it's speech treatment unit. Of course there are also a lot of speech therapist available in primary schools, secondary schools, health centers, etc.
