After reading this I of course had to try to juggle, unfortunately due to recent surgery my body is healing and could not move well at all. I was able to sit and attempt this but like you said the balls went everywhere. I felt so frustrated trying to teach my body something new. Having the added mental frustration from learning to do regular movements all over again. This is something I will make sure my Professor for Fluency Rod Gabel reads and has everyone try! Thank you for the idea and giving me the opportunity to expand my knowledge!
