Mike- Thanks for sharing your story with us. As a SLP graduate student, I have taken the words from your journey into consideration to hopefully be a more effective practicing Speech-Language Pathologist in the future. It truly helps to hear stories like this as I gain new knowledge in the area of fluency. Through reading your story I have gained the knowledge to be a more effective future SLP in getting to know the PWS more on a personal level than just solely treating their stutter. It helps to hear it from a different perspective. Additionally, you have now given me a new area to research and ponder with the connection of anxiety and stuttering.
