Hi Mandy, thanks for the comment. I think that was a big part of the point of the video, people develop over time so aiming for an end point is a bit pointless! I found that as I developed and changed with regard to my speech and attitude to it I developed in unexpected ways, I made new friend, took more risks both with my speech and in general, my self confidence grew and my self esteem grew. Even now my thinking about my speech is not static and it is good to be able to say that I welcome that
