Thank you for sharing your story, Jim. As a first year graduate student studying Speech-Language Pathology, I have never had experience working with people who stutter until my fluency class this semester. As technology continues to move forward, I fear that people who stutter will have an increasingly difficult time finding the confidence to use other modes of technology to verbally communicate. Thank you for your ideas and useful advice. I will use them in clinic and refer to them in the future.
