Thanks for the nice feedback Rebecca. I guess this sites could be flagged to national organisations such as the NSA or BSA for them to look at and alert members. In reality though the scale and mixed governance of the WWW makes this fight very difficult. On top of that add time/cost etc also. Remember also that was is illegal in one country may not be in the country perhaps where the site is hosted. Scammers also prey on the fact that they will have a very small hit rate in a big pool though.
