I am lucky and find the 3-4 day ones :) Normally with before-program and after-program videos being shown as total evidence of success. Look out for future work in this area as te psychology you have read is only a very basic view. The advertisements are tempting and use the advertising strategies used by many other products and fields. It is all about the spin and less really about the product.
