I thought this article was very interesting. I would never think to even consider the effect that sleep would have on speech of a person who stutters. I really enjoyed the part of the article about Insomnia and Brain Damage it was really intriguing to me how all of this would be related to stuttering. This article also made me realize how important sleep is. I hope to use these methods in my practices in the future to help people who stutter maybe regain some control in their lives.
