I find this article to be really thought-provoking. It seems as if sleep patterns are often one of the last things people think of when trying to figure out the cause of their problems. Your article explains the importance of sleep really well; the connection to stuttering is something i'd like to read more about. Do case history forms ever include questions about sleeping patterns? I can't think of any that i've seen that have included this. Do you think it would be beneficial to ask about a client's sleep patterns to be able to better treat them? Would sleep studies be appropriate to determine sleep patterns more exactly, or would that be taking it too far?
