Hi Amy. Sleep quality is also very important, as well as hours of sleep. A lot of things may worsen sleep quality, such as: breathing problems, the bedroom itself (pillow, mattress, temperature, noise), some food, medications. For example, there is research showing that alcohol and benzodiazepine worsen sleep quality, even these being relaxant substances. Sandra
