Hi, I have worked with a client who reported 5-6 hours of sleep per night, but meditated twice daily. He had difficulty with his speech if he ever missed his meditation (which he rarely did)...so I wonder if supplementing actual sleep with deep relaxation (on a regular basis) might be a solution for some.
