This article made me think a lot about how between being a college student and a mother of an infant has affected my own fluency, even though I'm not a person who stutters, since according to your article I am very sleep deprived in several of the ways you described a bad nights sleep. My question for you would be how you think environmental factors such as being being in college or being a mother of a young infant can affect fluency?
