Hi Deborah. I am very glad that so many students and professionals found my article interesting! Yes, I think you can say that including sleep hygiene measures on stuttering therapy indicates a holistic approach. Sleep deprivation favours anger, frustration, anxiety, and depression. So, through these emotional states, stuttering and stuttering therapy may be harmed. But I think there is not a connection between right hemisphere dominance in PWS and sleep deprivation. More recent studies have shown that the greater activation of the right hemisphere is, in fact, a compensation for the deficits in the left hemisphere. Sandra
