This was a very suprising and interesting article. I was not aware how much sleep hygiene impacted speech. I was not aware that not enough sleep increases muscle tension in the vocal tract and can impair cogniive functions that support speech fluency. It was also very iformative regarding the different stages of sleeep and what occurs during each of those stages.
