Hi Doris. Yes, the specific sleep hygiene measures will depend on the client, but there are general and usual measures. Some of them: to sleep the necessary hours per night, do not sleep out of phase, to have a regular sleeping schedule, do not drink or eat stimulant food after 6 p.m., to take care of breathing, and so on. Please, see again the section “What is a bad night of sleep? Sleep hygiene measures” of my paper. Also, introductory books on sleep physiology and neurology usually talk about sleep hygiene measures.
