Hi Lauren. I hope more clinicians incorporate questions about sleeping patterns in case history. Then we will be able to share ideas and information. Sleep deprivation impairs cognitive learning (vocabulary, word fluency, reading, writing) and also impairs motor learning. So I think knowledge about sleep physiology, sleep disorders, and sleep hygiene measures is useful for all SLPs, not just for SLPs that work with PWS. Sandra
