Hi Christine - Thanks for your question. We have a long list of books in our own book on Bullying - the one from which this excerpt was drawn. I'd be happy to send you some examples if you can send me an email (jsyaruss@pitt.edu). A simple internet search will reveal dozens and dozens, however -- and we have found many that we like. Look for work by Coloroso, in particular... as well as Rapee, Cosby (yes, Bill Cosby), and, of course, my friend and colleague Bill Murphy, co-author of this paper and lead author on the book I mentioned.
