I commend you for putting together a basic CBT based program. It might well work for some kids. However, I also feel that a consultation if not treatment by a good child psychologist is in order to serve the individualistic needs of each child. By the way, have you run a pilot study to show that this method works? Have you published the preliminary data? Where could I have access to it? My experience even with the best self-help manuals is that without the proper guidance they rarely produce the desired, let alone optimal results.
