Thanks for the insightful article! I appreciated the fact that the article addresses bystanders. When I look back on my experience being a young child in school, it was hard to go "against the crowd" and being different was viewed in a negative way. I have lots of admiration for children in school nowadays. They are growing in an ever-evolving and constantly changing world.
