Natalie; You ask a broad question that countless authors have tried to address. This is (and will hopefully continue to be) a hot topic in the school setting. School programs and education for staff and teachers continue to grow, and school counselors pave the way for more "tolerance" training. Interestingly, we are currently working on an updated reference and resource list for the books we are writing (all four of the authors of this paper are collaborating on this project).
