Thank you for your reply. Yes, my supervisor and I have discussed this case in much detail. I also know my supervisor is continuing to maintain dialog with the parent. Her issue is truly is "fear". One of her other son's friends, who grew up being bullied, recently commetted suicide. She has since decided to home school all three of the special needs children she adopted. She is under so much stress already. We are very concerned. We have referred the mother to counseling, and hope that she will pursue that. In the mean time, we will do our best to help the child with his intelligibility and stuttering issues. Thanks, again, for your time.
