What an outstanding article to read and empower those who are being bullied. I wish I had access to this article to give to some of my friends growing up who were bullied. Most often I was their crutch to lean on. As I was reading the 4th step, I started wondering about their support system. What about those children or teenagers who do not have a good family support system, a friend to turn to, or a teacher they trust to help them deal with the bullying? Support groups are not always accessible especially if a child does not have family support. Any suggestions on how they can build confidence in themselves and not feel alone?
