I enjoyed reading your comments and feedback, Ian, you make several great points! You’re fortunate that stammering was never a huge part of how you defined yourself: that likely helped you to have the positive outlook on your speech that you seem to possess today. Being gentle with oneself is also a valuable asset that it can sometimes take PWS years and years to acquire. I speak from experience on that one! :) And I wouldn’t be too hard on yourself re: not trying hard enough with the costal breathing. That kind of severity tends to be self-defeating rather than motivating. As you say, though, you try not to trouble yourself about it, and that’s a great attitude.
