Thank you for your inspirational and touching article! Reading your story made me feel like I was watching a short film. I wonder why he did not have a chance of or did not think of "coming out" as a stutterer before. Do you think "coming out" helps people with stutter feel more comfortable about themselves? In Japan, my country, a lot of people have no choice but hide a fact of being a stutterer because of a society's strong prejudice toward stuttering. They might lose their job, or they might lose their love... I wish the society could be more tolerant to the way stutterers speak.
