Rachel – Thank you so much. I’m thrilled that the piece spoke to you. My acceptance of my stuttering happened over the year I travelled around the country. It happened slowly, an accumulation of many incredible experiences. This meeting was definitely one of those pivotal moments. In terms of my attitude towards my speech, I have learnt that stuttering is not the enemy I always imagined. Life is not easy, but I don’t expect it to me. These days stuttering has brought me so much, I have learned to see it as the best part of me.
