Hi Joseph. I believe that attitudes—one of the things you mentioned—plays a big role in long-term success. We all know that certain words and situations are more likely than others to trigger stuttering. If we can remove the fear of these words and/or situations, we stop avoiding them and say what we want to say where we want to say it. If not, we communicate effectively only within a narrow comfort zone.
