WoW! You've summed it all Ellen!! Thanks for putting things into words so brilliantly. Yes i do believe we should always respond to somebody's rudeness even though we react otherwise from inside. Because i have faced situations where i reacted with the kind of emotions it triggered inside and it totally messed things up. So, yes i'll keep this in mind for the rest of my life.
