Dr. Palasik, Thank you so much for the thoughtful response. I do agree that the element of suffering may be at the heart to healthy theraputic relationships. I am interested in ACT. Can you define psychotherapy as you use it. I understand this term commonly used by SLPs working with stuttering, how is what an SLP does different from a pyscholgist or psychiatrist?
