I love the idea of young adolescents learning to own their stuttering, and taking control of it. I think that it's critical for this age group to have some sort of guidance and support, especially as a boost of confidence. How do you, as an SLP, help them to make the decision after they've learned to own their stuttering, of whether they're going to strive for fluency, or just accept their stutter? What is your role in that decision-making process?
