I really think that using this in therapy would be beneficial for clients as far as establishing their own comfort zones with interactions. Though when, as their therapist, you encourage them to challenge themselves I have a couple questions on their possible reactions. Do you find that clients have possible increased anxiety trying to follow their own interaction plans? Is it difficult for them to report back about their attempts?
