Dear Julius, thank you for your impassioned, spot-on comment: "Everyone can make a difference." And, if you will indulge me, I'd like to ammend it to, "Everyone DOES make a difference!" I have come to believe that every thought we think, every word we say, every action we make has known and unknown consequences because we are all linked. As the lyrics from a folk song (the title of which escapes me right now) goes: "We may have come here on different boats, but we're all in the same boat now." >>> Everything we can do with kindness and understanding makes this a better place to live for everyone including people with stuttering problems. >>> I appreciate what you have shared here, and I believe anyone who reads your words written here will as well.
