Hi Hilda, Thank you for the compliment. I agree that in addition to listening to the client at the outset of therapy, we should do so all the way through therapy. A number of clinicians are doing this now with specific forms asking clients to indicate what went well, what not go well, and what should be changed. I'm sure we will meet again soon. Ken
