If I may, in my experience I have found meditation to be very effective in reducing anxiety and improving my speech. I learned a technique called the Silva Method many years ago, when it was still called Silva Mind Control. The meditation is effective if practiced daily. I do recommend working on Acceptance of our stuttering and Avoidance Reduction. The meditation is good, but if we do not overcome the basic fear we have of stuttering, we remain forever with anxiety in the background.
