Kathy, This is a very useful paper. Do you have any records of TWS you have treated 6 months or a year on and what there speech is like? As your treatment works with Teens, has anyone used it with Adults (16 years and above)? This phrased way breaks down old speech patterns and introduces new speech patterns, which can be very effective. With the TWS you treated did any of them need treatment for negativity / social anxiety etc.? Sorry for all the questions, but your paper was so interesting. Keith
