Well, this is a great question. There are many resources available, including textbooks, web pages (e.g., the Stuttering Home Page, the sites of the Stuttering Foundation and National Stuttering Association and Friends), and clinician guides. Nina and I like this topic a lot, because we are currently revising our therapy guide for speech-language pathologists. (DISCLOSURE: we will receive royalties from the sale of the book - AND, we are the publisher of the book through our company Stuttering Therapy Resources, Inc. -- www.StutteringTherapyResources.com.) One of the main themes of the book is helping SLPs become more comfortable with stuttering. We feel that the more people understand about stuttering, the less likely they are to fear it. Hoping this helps, Scott
