Hi Sandy, I think that just about all of the therapies I recommend could be used with children. I actually think that a lot of the stuff I recommend seems really really basic, and maybe meant for kids, but I think it's super helpful, because these are the basic building blocks that clutterers are somehow missing or underdeveloped in. One time I was really frustrated with therapy, and I thought, "none of this is working for me," so I bought a kid's book from a bookstore, and read it aloud to my girlfriend. I don't remember what was missing in therapy that I gained from that exercise, but I do remember thinking, "I need to learn some very very basics here, and they're going above my head in therapy." So, I think most of the therapies I suggest could be used with any age, and I'd be more worried that adult clutterers at first think they're too juvenile than young clutterers not liking them.
