Clutterers typically don't get the same, or as pronounced, secondary behaviors as folks with stuttering do. I'm the same as most clutterers, no physical movements, no strained speech, no blocking. I do have a few secondary cluttering behaviors though, which would probably be very minor compared to stuttering secondary behaviors. #1: I sometimes repeat the first couple words of a sentence a bunch of times to make sure that people are listening. That's different than stuttering, because it's almost a voluntary repetition. #2: When there is a group of more than 10 people, I usually don't say anything. It's not so much because of embarrassment about cluttering, it's more that I know that I'm not going to be able to finish a sentence, or someone will interrupt me. #3: I sometimes pause for a very long time, probably inappropriately too long. This helps me collect my thoughts and speak more fluidly.
