Hi B.P., Thanks very much. I think that over the years I've been working on my speech, that I've focused on about a dozen different techniques, one at a time. Each was helpful, and I think they build on each other. I think the technique that's the most helpful is the 30-second speech technique, but that one takes a long time to master.
