Excellent point about making a spectrum too broad that any symptom fits into it, or any person may be diagnosable by it. I don't think that is what is meant by the spectrum Dr. Ward suggests. But, in developing this defintion, we do have to be cautious, otherwise, the diagnosis will lose validity.
