Good point, Yvonne, about needing to accept both types of definitions. I think if we don't have descriptional definitions, we are less capable of planning treatment goals. For example, we need to add lack of self-awareness to the description diagnosis of cluttering even if it is not a core feature, because this will be a challenge to overcome in Tx, if the person who clutters is even willing to enter into the Tx process.
