Do you feel that you are unaware of your cluttering? I am only unaware of my cluttering when i'm not noticing when i speak fast in normal conversation. The game plan is always manage my speech rate but it gets tricky when i'm in a good conversation.As means to keep focus i use the individual facial expression as measurement of my speech rate. My difficulty with cluttering, is equally effected my writing as well (grammar, spelling, handwriting). Speaking and writing goes hand and hand with each other. Yes, there are examples of people where area is fine and the other is not but the most part it has equal value to each other.I am confident that if my speech improves so as well my writing. I am aware my writing is not the best or even at level where i should be writing at;but with many drafts i can produce quality writing work.
