Emily and Ken, Thank you for sharing your interesting research with us! You describe what one may perceive as different types of "hesitations" - e.g. searching for a word, during word revision, and perhaps others. Did you keep data on which TYPE of hesitation you were coding? Were the hesitations with word revision perceptually the same length as the hesitations you perceived as word finding problems?
