I read another article that many people who clutter have such rapid speech that the clinician needs to teach them to use appropriate pauses in their speech. I can imagine that trying to learn the difference between appropriate pauses and hesitations would get confusing for the client. Is there anything you would suggest to use in therapy to help the client understand the difference?
