I am also thinking that stuttering-cluttering relation is very strong (including other similar disorders). That is why my students in Logopedics must learn and know Kenneth "flower" scheme for differential diagnostics. Was a pleasure for me to see that ken use this scheme in his presentation in Antwerp last April.
