Caprice, thank you for your sharing your story. I know too many parents that have been in your position and have quit. They've commented that they were just tired of going from specialist to specialist and not finding any help. There was some sort of helplessness that they felt. I wish those parents could read your article because you serve as a great role model for them. Also, I've met a parent who knew her son needed additional help but once her son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome she was frightened with the results and withdrew him from all services. What advice would you give her?
