This is such an aspiring story! It was great to hear how hard you tried and through failed attempts you achieved such great heights for your son. How old is Chase now? How much improvement would you say he has made in the social aspect and communication wise? I am an aspiring SLP and have been hearing so much about school districts and how by their standards often have to turn down kids because they haven't completely failed yet such as your son. It's very disappointing that so many school's have to let a kid fail completely before starting them with the help they need. I'm very gald things have worked out, and good luck to you and Chase in your future endeavors!
