There are a number of conditions that inhibit stuttering, singing, choral or unison speech, delayed auditory feedback (DAF), and slowed or prolonged speech. Some people receive almost total stuttering inhibition at very slow speech rates and this oftentimes generalizes to their normal or slow normal speech rate. Give the program a try at a slow rate and tell us what you think... give it some time to "kick in".
