Thanks for your question. I use this for LOTS of activities, actually. I use it for stuttering to teach pausing, word grouping, and rate reduction. I also use it for children having difficulties structuring sentences. If they are using phrases such as "kitty white" I set out dots and the child uses them to help expand, such as "I see a white kitty." Thanks so much!
